Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 50 Plus. We take pride in providing quality health and wellness products specially formulated for individuals aged 50 and above. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.



1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request is made within 3 days from the date of receipt.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during promotions, clearance, or bundled offers, unless defective
  • Change-of-mind purchases


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To file a return or refund request, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Full Name and Contact Number
    • Order Number and Date
    • Reason for Return/Refund
    • Unboxing Photos or videos of the item showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our customer service team to review your request within 2–3 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged upon delivery), we will shoulder the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is not due to our fault, the customer will shoulder the shipping cost.

We will provide instructions on how to return the product once the request is approved.



5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, etc.).
  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at the moment. If you received the wrong or defective item, we will process a refund or send a replacement free of charge upon approval.
